Did you know: employers have a legal responsibility to help their employees with any mental health issues?
As a country, we have always been reactive to mental health. During COVID, this was particularly true. We wait until issues arise and then start to think about how we can deal with them and this leads to lengthy waiting lists for specialist help, absenteeism and problems in schools. It is also an exhausting way to live!
Now more than ever, we need to develop a much more pro-active approach. We need to help people to deal with the issues they are experiencing now, but also help to build their resilience for the inevitable ups and downs they will face as they go through life. This applies to both adults and children. The younger these skills can be taught; the better.
At Mental Health For All Training, we believe that education should be engaging, practical, and relevant to real-life situations. Our approach combines classroom learning with hands-on experience, allowing our students to apply what they learn in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our training is also tailored to different ages of children and different industries in the workplace.
Our Level 1, 2 and 3 courses are provided by the FAA (First Aid Awards) and are regulated by Ofqual.
We offer tailored, relevant, online or in-person training for the workplace, schools, colleges, charities, religious organisations and many more.

"The Ofsted framework requires Ofsted inspectors to routinely assess and report on pupils’ mental health and wellbeing under the key judgement area of personal development. This includes aspects such as resilience, confidence, independence, and how to keep mentally healthy." (Mentally Healthy Schools website). We have help your children to develop these skills by offering fun, engaging sessions tailored to KS 1, KS 2 and KS 3 pupils. If we can teach children to put these skills into place when they are young, they will have the tools to deal with life's ups and downs as they arise.
During the sessions we will cover:

Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course. This course can be taught during normal school day sessions, as an enrichment activity, during lunchtime clubs or during an after school club.
